School-based Martial Arts Curriculum: Simplified Nanquan (3-Part Series)

Starting from the 2019–2020 academic year, our school incorporated Chinese martial arts into the Physical Education curriculum. Through learning Wushu, students explore traditional Chinese boxing techniques, aiming to improve physical fitness, build self-confidence, and inherit Chinese culture.

After three years of practice, our students have mastered the forms of Simplified Nanquan and can perform the complete set of movements with precision. Beyond physical strength, learning martial arts has helped students understand the importance of regular exercise, fostering a vibrant sports culture throughout our school.
