小學外籍英語教師計劃 NATVE ENGLISH TEACHER SCHEME
The Native English-speaking Teacher (NET) scheme has been running in our school since the 2003/2004 academic year. The main objectives of the scheme are to provide an authentic learning environment in which students can develop an interest in acquiring English skills while supporting local teachers to develop innovative learning and teaching methods.
Aside from teaching regular classes, the NETs are involved in a variety of extra-curricular activities that give students opportunities to use and develop their English language skills further via excursions, English day camps, English recess activities and extension lessons, English drama and special holiday activities for events such as Halloween.
